Items will have to be sent back within 7 days from receiving the item, The customer will be responsible for returns expenses,
We advise for the parcel to be tracked to avoid any disappointment if lost on its way back to us, We will not be responsible for any missing packages.
Please ensure that the received items must be returned in its original packaging and labels, please make sure that before returning there has been no marks or damages made on the item within its time with the buyer.
Please note: SALE ITEMS, HANDMADE ITEMS, FURS, BAGS, SHOES, JEWELLERY, SWIMWEAR, BEADED & CRYSTALISED items are non exchangeable or refundable.
We Cannot accept cancellations for Pre ordered items once the order has been placed as the items are made & then sent out to us.
If items are received faulty please notify us ASAP showing us photographic evidence, Please send the item back within 72 Hours of receiving the item, we will inform you with a return address when we are notified, We will try our best to resend the replacement item if in stock, if unfortunately we haven't we can offer a credit note which is valid for 5 months.
We have highest hopes that this doesn't occur to any of our customers but if so we will aim to resolve this in its simplest form possible.

Credit note: When a item is purchased with our credit note, if a item is returned the credit will still expire on its original time frame from the date it was originally given to the buyer.
