EXCHANGE POLICY

LADIES LONDON offer an exchange only policy on our items. By purchasing from our website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Please Note we do not offer any Refunds.
 
We are aware that items can fit differently and urge customers to enquire if unsure. Our customer care team is always willing to help customers in selecting their size. Please Email: Contact@ladiesldn.co.uk
 
Ladies London garments can be exchanged if a customer experiences a sizing issue. 
 
To make an exchange request please contact us via email within 7 days from the date you receive your goods. The subject Exchange Request and include your order number.
 
Within the email please include the following:
  • Your full name 
  • The item name you wish to exchange
  • The size you originally bought
  • The size you wish to exchange
  • A brief detailed description of the issue you've experienced.
 
Once our customer care team has received all of this information, we will get back to you with a returns address.
 
You must return the item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving the returns address from our customer care team.
 
We do not cover the shipping fees for returned items, this is the responsibility of the customer. We urge customers returning their items back to us to use a valid and insured postal service, as well as keeping their proof of postage. 
 
We are not responsible for any item(s) unsuccessfully returned back to our office; it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the returns delivery is successful. In the event of an unsuccessful item return we will not be liable to offer an exchange on the item(s).
 
Please be aware all items will be inspected upon return. Items must be undamaged and in its original state of packaging, including tags and quality ribbon. LADIES LONDON reserve the right to refuse an exchange on items not returned in the required state.
 
Once your returned item has been received, allow up to 14 working days for the exchange to be processed and shipped out to you. Please note exchange requests are subject to size availability. In the case where your requested size is out of stock, an electronic store credit will be sent to the email address you used at checkout. Credit notes are valid for 5 months from date of receiving back the item from the buyer.

FAULTY ITEMS
Ladies London aim to produce high quality products and we endeavor to achieve this through our thorough quality control process. In the event that you receive your item damaged/ faulty please send an email including photographic evidence to Customerservice@ladiesldn.co.uk with your order number and full name within 72 hours from receiving the item. We will try our best to resend the replacement item if in stock, if unfortunately we haven't we can offer a credit note which is valid for 5 months.
 
We can only accept the return of a faulty item as long as it is in its original state of packaging, including tags and quality ribbon.
Items will be inspected upon return. We can reserve the right to refuse any faulty items after inspection.
 
We have highest hopes that this doesn't occur to any of our customers but if so we will aim to resolve this in its simplest form possible.
 
 
ORDER ADJUSTMENTS/ CANCELATIONS
Orders can be cancelled via email by notifying us. Please include your order no. and full name in your cancellation request. We can only accept cancellation requests made within the first hour after the order is placed.
 
Please be aware that all cancellation requests are also subject to how far along in the shipment process an order is. On occasion we may not be able to honor an order cancellation if it has already been passed on to our shipment team. 
 
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS
We are unable to offer Refunds/Exchanges on sale items, all items purchased during a sale period are final and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges are allowed for faulty items and subject to size availability, please note an exchange will only be granted on a sale item if the quality control ribbon is still attached to the item without any tampering. Photographic evidence is taken and noted on our spreadsheets what has been quality checked before going out to the buyer.
 
CREDIT NOTE: When a item is purchased with our credit note, if a item is returned the credit will still expire on its original time frame from the date it was originally given to the buyer.
 
SALE ITEMS, HANDMADE ITEMS, FURS, BAGS, SHOES, JEWELLERY, SWIMWEAR, BEADED & CRYSTALISED items are non exchangeable or refundable.
 
Please be aware ALL ORDERS purchased on Black Friday and cyber weekend (including cyber Monday) are FINAL.
